Assists in operating instrumentations/techniques within Computational
Sciences. Runs and maintains various bioinformatics computing infrastructure,
bioinformatics software tools, genomics instruments and manage different
relevant techniques.
1. Assists in conducting data entry and analysis tasks using software tools
and experiments and data collection to support clinical and research
activities.
2. Assists in execution of clinical data and research procedures and verifies
the accuracy and validity of data and results entered in databases and other
used systems.
3. Operates and maintains instruments and bioinformatics related computing
systems. Follows all procedures and protocols, and follows safety rules and
regulations.
4. Maintains experimental data and reports/procedures.
5. Assists in maintenance of bioinformatics related computing systems and
manages records of spare parts and supplies and keeps general tidiness and
cleanliness of equipment locations.
6. Follows all Hospital 's related Policies and Procedures.
7. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as
applicable.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Grade 07:Bachelor 's Degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, or other related discipline is required.
Grade 08:Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, or other related discipline is required
