WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This is an exciting opportunity for a generalist marketer looking to progress
their marketing career as part of a dynamic team. Working with the Middle East
Senior Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role supporting the
development and delivery of the KSA marketing strategy. You will have end to
end responsibility of the planning and execution of campaigns and priority
initiatives including; Conferences & Events, Editorial, Brand & Creative, PR &
External Comms, Digital Mailings and CRM, Digital Marketing and Social Media,
Alumni and local office priorities.
You will provide on-going Marketing support to all key internal stakeholders
including consulting leadership, and work collaboratively with other Marketing
teams / Centres of Excellence (CoEs) (regionally and globally) to support the
delivery of our local marketing strategy and Bain Marketing’s overarching
goals.
Critical to the role will be impeccable attention to detail and the ability to
work well under pressure, as a team and on initiative.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will act as a day-to-day
interface across our KSA leadership team to support and oversee the planning
and implementation of our annual marketing plans in coordination with relevant
stakeholders. This will include end-to-end responsibility of Market Reputation
marketing activities, including:

• Conferences & Events: Primary role and responsibility: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders managing in-person and virtual content events from conception to execution, including hands on coordination of the delivery of logistics. Have in-depth understanding of key events in KSA to guide the team on upcoming relevant events.


• Editorial: Collaborate on the development of local market content and tailor global content to local market needs, working with relevant marketing CoEs and/or agencies and providers.


• Support the local distribution of global / local content and local priority initiatives via multichannel campaigns, tracking performance and fine-tuning campaigns to ensure maximum results.


• Digital Marketing and Social Media: In collaboration with Digital Marketing lead in ME, support in managing/creating the local content.


• PR & External Comms: Support local PR efforts to develop Bain’s presence in the local market and work with general media and premium publications.


• Brand & Creative: Tailor content to local community, create / edit / distribute local video content, work with local agencies and providers.


• Assist Client Development efforts for local priorities through ongoing support to our local priority accounts including; maintaining the data accuracy on CRM through account mapping and supporting the deployment of targeted local account campaigns through our Marketing CoEs.


• Provide on-going Marketing support to the Marketing Manager, Office Head, and local office Partners.


• Work collaboratively with other Marketing functions to ensure plans are aligned / complementary to achieve Bain Marketing’s overarching goals.


• Track Market Reputation KPIs and performance to help optimize effectiveness.


• Initiate, support and/or execute ad-hoc marketing team projects when necessary during workload peaks to support the Market Reputation team and local office Partners.

  ABOUT YOU

  
  


• 
  

  Undergraduate degree with specialization in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or English Literature

  
  


• Minimum ‎3-‎4 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, proven track record within a relevant marketing specialization (e.g. events, editorial, crisis mgmt.)


• Proficient in English and Arabic


• Broad expertise and experience in general marketing programs and processes


• Additional expertise and practice in specific field(s), like event organization, editorial, partnerships with other institutes (e.g., universities/government bodies) for organizing on ground activities/workshops and events


• Ability to proactively conceive and suggest new approaches and solutions


• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute distinct projects, including project budget management and goal pursuit


• Demonstrated ability to understand marketing needs and marketing objectives of local offices and industry practices


• Ability to understand and work with consulting content. Leveraging IP to create content based events/webinars


• Knowledge of various PR, digital and social media monitoring tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Cision, Meltwater)


• Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to liaise with stakeholders of various seniorities with minimal input from Manager


• Ability to interact with external contacts / parties as knowledgeable Bain marketing representative


• Client-centric mind set


• Proactive, team player capable of coming up with out of the box ideas


• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure


• Ability to track KPI’s for Marketing activities
  Preferred:


• Master’s degree in Business / Marketing / Comms / Literature and/or relevant Marketing specialization
