1- Research the assigned territory to identify potential clients
2- Develop a daily plan to visit the targeted number of potential clients
3- Contact the clients and assign appointments, where applicable, otherwise
contact clients through cold calls.
4- Visit the customers as per route plan.
5- Present the company portfolio to the new clients after understanding their
needs
6- Achieve the assigned sales targets
7- Develop the report for the past day activities i.e.: sales, coverage,
distribution, problems faced, maintenance requirements at the saloon etc.….
8- Submit the report and discuss with the immediate supervisor.
9- Review the day schedule and plan the route before departure.
10- Review the up-to-date achievement and plan how to recap any shortage.
11- Follow up on any pending maintenance request.
12- Develop and submit the monthly sales report.
13- Update the management on any development in the market.
14- Generate reports and analyze sales per category, brand and product to
measure performance vs. budget.
15- Monitor the competition activities and report back to office to keep all
concerned informed.
16- Following up on the collections to be done on time.
17- Support the team members whenever possible or requested to in case of
sickness or vacation.
18- Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company
products.
19- Update customers and potential customers within the allocated sales area
with information about the company products and services.
20- Ensure that numeric and weighted distribution is maximized at all times.
