Job Description Summary


This Tamheer Training is a ‎3-6month Program, and it is an investment in young
talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to
perform their traineeship in GE business. The trainee-ship duration varies
upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee
and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring
understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.


Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities :
Communication:
* Support in develop a cohesive communications both internally and externally.
* Support in the internal communication through working closely with functional departments to facilitate regular communication updates.
* Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
* Support in the external communication through developing and implementing the proactive and reactive external communications/media relations.
* Support in developing and implementing the communication plan that includes media outreach and social media content creation.
Event Management:
* Plan and execute organizational events both formal and informal across the business in cooperation with external providers if needed.
* Carry out evaluation and reviews of events to enable continuous improvements.
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all logistics are in place for the event
* Find an appropriate location for the event.
* Developing and implementing a communication plan for the event that includes marketing materials, press outreach, and other publicity efforts.
* Preparing detailed schedules for all event activities and managing employees who will be involved in the production of the event.
* Ability to coordinate and negotiate with and suppliers and different vendors.
* Communicating with vendors to ensure that they are aware of any issues or changes that may affect their tasks.
* Handle operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree in Public Relation, Business Admin or Communication.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Detail Oriented, Extremely Organized with Strong writing skills.
* Good time management and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently
* Strong sense of responsibility towards work, and a team player.
