Position summary:
This position of COVID Health Representative Manager will be leading a team of
5 - 8 members whom are promoting mRNA vaccine and Antiviral and is expected
to expand to promote other brands under registration or in COVID pipeline.
This position will be in a main area in Saudi Arabia and is expected to manage
government and private sectors.
Sales manager roles & responsibilities:
* Achieve& exceed targeted IMS, %MS and %G for the assigned brands in the area of responsibility.
* In collaboration with cross functional teams; setting field force development plans and participate in conducting staff training.
* Coaches and develop new generations with dedicated efforts to ensure their advancement and competitiveness.
* Setting sales targets, annual goals, identifying key risks and opportunities and support the team to manage them to ensure I&I category growth sustainability.
* Conduct team performance appraisals and periodic evaluation of the relevant KPIs to ensure promoting the performance culture.
* Conduct business reviews and submit business reports, analytics and feedbacks timely and efficiently.
* Assist direct manager in preparing achieving annual targets, expenditures and business objectives.
* Maintain and build a productive and cooperative relationship externally (with concerned HCPs, health care entities and authorities) and internally with cross functional teams.
* As assigned by Pfizer's management; leading tasks or work in a taskforce for internal or external tasks.
* Representing Pfizer and I&I category internally and externally as assigned by direct manager or LT to manage business matters and/or to promote the company.
* Ensure effective utilization of the company resources, and adhering to the company's policies and SOPs.
* Be a role model, and promote the company's purpose, values and behaviors internally and externally.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a medical representative in Saudi Arabia.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in each of government sector and private sector.
* Biologics and/or specialty brands experience is a plus.
* Robust track record of achieving results, leading change and develop colleagues.
* Role model for Pfizer values& behaviors as well as adherence to policies and SOPs.
Organizational relationship
* Commercial, Marketing, Medical, GCO, Compliance, Legal, HR, BAI, Accounting/Finance, Supply and BT.
* HCPs, pharmacists, hospitals employees in Pharmacoeconomic, planning, purchasing, health insurance and others who may impact patients access to Pfizer 's brands.
