The Valuation Advisory division is core to JLL’s business in the Middle East
and North Africa (MENA). Market valuations on all property types are prepared
for many of the region’s leading property developers, investors and banks. All
valuations are carried out in accordance with international best practice.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Valuation Advisory Team with department administration tasks and
client assignments, key tasks include
Document control – assist the team members in assignment opening and closing
processes and maintaining proper filing process in line with JLL compliance
standards
Assist with the preparation of client reports, pitches, presentations and
proposals;
Translation of documents (from Arabic to English) and tabulation of the
information in reports (JLL reports training will be provided);
Organize and schedule meetings and events;
Report to the Directors of the Valuation Advisory Team as well as to the
respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis.


We provide the candidate with the flexibility to work from home a few days per
week to be agreed upon joining.
Skills and Competencies
General Competencies
Positive and fun attitude, fast learner, enthusiastic, motivated.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
A careful eye for detail.
Multitasker / Ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.
IT skills (Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint)
Bright, intelligent, fast learner, enthusiastic, motivated.
Enjoys working as part of a team.
Clear communicator.


Professional Competencies
Good English/Arabic writing skills in MS Word.
Ability to prepare basic PowerPoint presentations.


Other Competencies
Willingness to learn – JLL will invest in each individual to obtain proper
training to help you enhance your skills.
Experience
Previous experience in administration, document control or research is
preferred
‎0 - ‎2 years
Education Qualifications
Bachelor degree is a plus.
