The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Portfolio Specialist for Wound, Incision & Skin at Medical Solutions
Division in Saudi Arabia covering Central and Eastern Region, you will have
the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the
most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
* Being responsible for promoting and selling Active & Advanced Wound and Skin care products in acute and post-acute settings.
* Developing and managing relationships with key customers & decision makers including physicians, nurses, clinicians & procurement teams.
* Actively manages the sales territory by partnering with the appropriate sales & support roles including clinical, marketing teams & channel partners- sales teams.
* Utilizes sales force.com to develop the territory sales plan & to assist in opportunities pipeline analysis and YTD tracking to prioritize account calls and activities.
* Presents and reinforces 3M value propositions to differentiate 3M from competitive offerings.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for
candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Nursing, or medical/pharmaceutical field/biomedical eng or equivalent.
* Min. of 5 years of sales experience in the medical field in Saudi Arabia, with a min. of 2-3 years of experience in selling Wound Care products.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this
role include:
* Excellent presentation and communication skills to present both clinical and economic data.
* Possess a thorough knowledge of the health care market in Saudi preferably in the wound care sector.
* Ability to analyze sales reports and data to develop business plans and effective strategies to increase sales.
* Must have a valid driving license
* Fluent in Arabic and English
Travel: May include up to 25-30% within Saudi
