Specialist Workplace Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate
Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design,
construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC's for adidas. This
supports the successful implementation of "Creating the New" by supporting
revenue growth, portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to
attract and retain top talent across the globe. To ensure a successful and
sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates within an extensive network of
internal / external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value added
service.

In this role you are responsible for steering of the assigned service area.
The role is taking care of Workplace services for locations operated by
Workplaces within the region EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure workplace-related services for employees to guarantee a smooth operation on site
* Steer assigned services, taking into account business and safety objectives
* Steer, coordinate and provide administrative support for provision of external services
* Adhere to standards, applicable regulations and ensure quality assurance of assigned service areas
* Coordinate and document
* Steer external provider of the assigned services area, taking economic aspects into account
* Ensure high quality of assigned services
* Report and monitor necessary documentation in accordance with applicable law
* Interface between adidas and external service provider

Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
* Apprenticeship or Training, preferably in the assigned service field/area
* First working experience in respective area will be beneficial
