Assistant Restaurant Manager

Duties include but not limited to:
* Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
* Supervise and delegate duties and ensure brand standards are maintained.
* Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
* Provide a memorable dining experience for guests.
* Maintaining high hygiene standards across all venues.
