Responsible for establishing and building robust relationships and improving
them in driving new profitable sales opportunitie for beckman DX product lines
within a specified territory


Customer Retention and Attraction
To achieve SMART goals and financial objectives in the designated territory.
Develop strong customer relationship & partnership with key decision makers
and Key opinion leaders in the DX field.
To actively promote the DX line of business and to position Beckman Coulter as
the preferred solution provider.
To identify business opportunities and work closely with application, Workflow
and Sales Manager to tailor competitive solutions and offerings to the end-
users.
To perform regular visits to our base customers to increase and maintain
loyalty
To work on attracting new customers and increase our competitive wins
To work closely with the sales manager on the financial proposals.
To work closely with the applications specialist to optimize product
evaluation
To work closely with the service department to resolve any service issues


Tender and Key Account Management
To act as the first point of contact for the end users.
Develop and execute Key account plans in coordination with the sales managers
to close opportunities.
To make sure that all activities are performed while maintaining highest level
of compliance and integrity.
To follow up with end users and/or concerned department to generate RFQs.
To work closely with the customer service rep to arrange and submit
quotations.
To actively engage in the price negotiation
To work closely with the inventory planner and the CSR to ensure product
availability
Manage opportunities using the SFDC, by ensuring a healthy funnel.


Market trends
To monitor and evaluate key customer development, market conditions and
private sector initiatives.
Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.
Knowledge / Experience Required
B. Sc. degree in Life Sciences or Business graduate
Previous experience in Sales is a MUST (‎3 -‎5 years)
Diagnostics/ Laboratory experience preferred
Fluent in English & Arabic
Robust understanding of the Sales process and Cycles.
Strong relationships with the major stakeholders in the private sector
Strong business acumen and attention to details
Ability to work closely with the different stakeholders of the supply chain.
