The Real Estate Manager's main responsibility is to effectively manage
existing and new real estate assets; reviewing commercial opportunities and
ensuring prime locations. He/she will develop new locations through to
completed contract and keep good and continuous communication with the
Developers. Follow up must be meticulous in order to make sure the prime
locations are achieved. In addition, managing the existing portfolio's
performance and contractual administration obligations.
Duties and responsibilities
* Securing prime locations to expand AK brands, based on the AK strategy and based on market opportunity
* Managing strong relationships with Developers
* Making sound purchasing and contractual decisions
* Hitting property expansion deadlines, ensuring all data is readily available and accurate for management
* Finalizing the terms and conditions and signing the contract
* Negotiating and renewing expired contract
* Maintaining good communication with landlords at all times
Required Eduction/ Skills
* Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 6 years' experience in property searching, and leasing
* Experience in all property rental and acquisition laws in Saudi Arabia
* High communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively between multiple people
* Ability to make timely decisions
* High Negotiation Skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
* High Planning Skills
* Ability to work and delivery under pressure
* Adaptability and flexibly to handle many changes in a workday
* Process driven, highly structured and compliant
* Well versed in Microsoft office applications (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint…).
