Manage and expand adidas portfolio in KSA
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Mapping
* Site Identification
* Financial Feasibility Studies
* Site Negotiation
* Rent Negotiation
* Lease Review
* Lease Clauses Negotiation
* Rent Savings Negotiation
* LL Relationship Management
* Internal Stakeholders Alignment
* Project Delivery Support
* Maintenance of existing and new leases.
* Support the finance team with occupancy expense forecasting
* Support the finance team in confirming rental payment and accounting credit notes.
* Support the finance team in receiving all required invoices from LL's.
Key Relationships:
* Internal - Real Estate, Store Development, Retail Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance, HR.
* External - Landlords, Managing Agents, Government Departments and external vendors.
KPI's:
* Intermediate to advance MS office skills, with a focus on excel
* Document control in compliance with Company policy.
* Recovery of returnable deposits and other fees pursuant to Leases.
* Providing notice of all key lease events.
* Ensuring legal occupation of properties.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree - Real Estate or Business Administration is preferable.
* 8 years relevant retail real estate experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong contact network across Real Estate industry.
