Description:
The purpose of this role is to plan and implement activities in order to meet
the company targets for turnover and profitability, assist in key growth
strategies, to take the business to the next level and to contribute to the
executive management of the company.
Duties/responsibilities of the role will include.
‎1.\tBusiness Delivery
* \tPlan, develop and implement strategy for operational delivery
* \tTo manage and mitigate all associated commercial risk to the business and create opportunities for our performance.
* \tImplement and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational, programme, project management and development.
* \tMonitor, measure and report on operational issues.
* \tManage and control expenditure within agreed budgets.
* \tLiaise with other functional/departmental leaders so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development and delivery to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements.
* \tContribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance in collaboration with the executive team.
* \tEnsure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
* \tEstablish and maintain effective communication processes between central functions and regional employees
‎2.\tCollaboration and working as part of a team.
* \tLiaison with teams working remotely from other parts of the world to facilitate completion of tasks, and project.

for planning and executing work in a safe manner.

* \tDesign for safety, i.e. Construction Design Management.
‎5.\tOther duties as requested from time to time by the Business Unit Director.

Qualifications:
Person Specification
* \tCollege/university graduate with ‎15+ years relevant experience; Masters or equivalent combination of skills and experience may be required for specified technical roles
* \tExcellent command in English and Arabic both written and spoken.
* \tThe ability to manage a heavy workload, with a close attention to detail.
* \tExcellent computer skills.
* \tThe ability to work autonomously, reviewing your work on a regular basis while consistently meeting your objectives.
* \tStrong team working capabilities. Committed to working with all levels of management on a daily and ongoing basis.
* \tA proactive approach, working effectively in coordinating activities and complex tasks, taking professional responsibility in all matters.
* \tBe of the highest calibre: punctual, attentive and competent in adhering to Company policies, procedures and working practices.
* \tA flexible approach to working hours and travel; with occasional weekend work if required.
