Project Overview:
Bechtel and its consortium partners are excited to begin hiring the completion
teams which will finalize the monumental Riyadh Metro Project (RMP), currently
estimated at ‎94% complete. The BACS consortium, which includes Almabani
General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company, and Siemens, is
responsible for the design, construction, train cars, and signaling as well as
electrification and integration of the new lines to the rest of the system.
Riyadh 's population of nearly ‎6 million is forecast to increase to ‎8 million
by ‎2030. The new metro system will meet the demands of the growing population
while reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality.

Main Responsibilities:

Build and submit LOTO Permit packages to the document control center.
Support general data entry for the LOTO team on daily basis.
Actively participate in Document & Control LOTO data close-out.
Manages and organizes LOTO Data records and files.
Identify equipment and isolation points in Single Line Drawings and convert
into an excel document.
Establish data entry priorities.
Proactively support to the field team to modify/add entries in the Q4 safety
system application.

General Conditions:
Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, and ability to learn and Operate
Q4 Safety system application.
Excellent typing skills; knowledge of the touch-typing skills preferred.
Basic understanding of computer databases.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office,
Word, Excel etc.).
Candidates should have worked under high Safety standards.
Good English comprehension, reading, and speaking skills.
Good at organizing data records and files.
Positive work attitude.
Maintains database by entering and updating information into relevant
databases.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
Secure the information by completing the backup files.
