JOB KNOWLEDGE: B.Arch form an accrediated university with min ‎1 year of
experience. Experienced with architectural design, building materials, and
construction methods or development of project deliverables. Basic Familiarity
with the practices and procedures of NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, IBC, and UFCs. Skilled
in oral and written communication. Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
Proficient with Autodesk design suite (e.g. Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD) to
originate 3D model content and produce design deliverables in a
multidisciplinary model environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office
applications and Sketchup. Experienced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite-
Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: This role will assist design closure of the
architecture for the stations and other facilities at Riyadh Metro Project.
The successful candidate must have strong organizational and teamwork skills,
proven problem-solving abilities, a can-do attitude, and the desire to
innovate designs. Preparation of original architectural designs layouts,
details, drawings to assist the construction and coordination with the client
for approval. Review of shop drawing and As-built documentation. Review
architectural 3D model content using Revit. Demonstrating awareness of the
implications of building codes and project requirements working
collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated
project documents. Participate in resolution of technical issues with
customers and construction. Participates in a work environment that is based
