Job Purpose:
Handling all the freight communications.
Job Responsibilities:
* Communicate with the origin stations, agents & OPS to get the shipping cost.
* Sending offer to the client after coordinate with the Key account manager.
* Follow up with the client till the approval of our offer.
* Checking with the OPS for the needed documents to ensure smooth handling.
* Create CW reference in the system to move the shipment.
* Coordinate with all departments till the shipment cleared and delivered to the customer.
* Sending daily update to the customer about his shipments
* Arrange to create task to the accounting to issue the shipping invoice using cargo wise system.
* Handling all the freight type of communications AF, SF & LF.
Job Requirements:
* Experience in the same filed for three years.
* University graduate.
