Project Manager

Commercial Project Manager will undertake and be responsible for the
following:

Project Setup:
+ Learning and knowing the AECOM project management systems and being able to
develop and review the AECOM commercial bid model.

+ Learning Tax and Intercompany agreements (working with other global
business line within AECOM) requirements.

+ Identifying projects risks in coordination with AECOM legal team and AECOM
commercial Team

+ Filling out Risk forms for submission to AECOM Risk Committee.

+ Helping the team setup a Healthy Start for project setup.

+ Preparing initial budget splits with Project Manager to upload into AECOM
Project Management System (APIC).

+ Supporting project manager with sub-consultant contracts and invoices –
coordination with AECOM legal and commercial team.

Project Monitoring:
+ Extracting weekly time chargers and spending and uploading it into offline
excel spreadsheet to report how much had been spent within the week (ITD)
inception to date.

+ Identifying areas where budget is being reduced significantly and
highlighting to the project manager a possible overspend.

+ Sharing with the project manager and project director the Cost Performance
Index and Schedule Performance Index.

+ Updating the monthly financial reporting tool into AECOM financial tool
(APIC).

+ Preparing updated spreadsheet for project reviews.

+ Providing reports to business line manager on a weekly basis about project
performance.

+ Supporting project manager with following up on invoicing and payments.

+ Supporting project manager with project closure.

+ Supporting business line manager to ensure KPIs such as monthly reports are
being finalized.

Additional requirements

+ Supporting project teams to mobilize for project or for site visits across
KSA.

+ Supporting resourcing requirements for KSA team and updating system on a
weekly basis.

+ Supporting business line manager to tracking business line performance
reports.

+ For the above requirements you will be across multiple projects at once for
the Urbanism and Planning Team of AECOM and enabling the business line manager
to achieve commercial goals.
