Job Description:
The Project Finance and Treasury Associate is a key member of the Finance
team, responsible for managing several processes, topics and relationships
related to the finance department, which includes but not limited to:
* Management of the sales invoice process for both internal and external customers and for local compliance purposes (including taxation)
* Management of treasury related aspects of Airbus KSA entities and other related parties
* Attending customer meetings and representing Airbus as per the delegated authority
* Relationship management with banks in terms of coordination for Guarantees & Letters of Credit in line with Airbus Corporate Treasury rules. Generally improving the relationship with banks, as such, a focal point of support in the management of the companies bank accounts
* Management and coordination of all topics related to Insurance at both project and corporate levels
* Management and issuing of VAT invoices for all projects
* Creating monthly reports to identify results, trends and financial forecast for Saudi Ltd.
* Examine financial reports and invoices and check closely for discrepancies, incl continues improvement of these processes
* Ensure that all PO's, SLAs and invoices (internal or external) are properly recorded, filed and reported
* Working closely with project and contract managers, accounting and controlling teams and with related local partners and banks.
* Ad hoc tasks from the senior finance managers
