Systems Manager will be responsible for the preparation of the Concept Design,
Preliminary Design and Specifications for the tender documents for the Transit
System and associated subsystems.
Responsibilities includes:
* Budget/Planning and quality of the production
a. Liaise with the finance department for budget definition, forecast and
follow up
b. Coordinate the engineers and technicians (from remote locations)
c. Organization project reviews and reporting
d. Manage Risks and Opportunities
e. Manage Variation and Change Management
f. Manage Performance
g. Prepare subsystems specification(s) and ensure consistency between
subsystems
h. Manage the evaluation of the System Part of the D&B proposals.
* Coordination and representation with the Client
a. Technical coordination/meetings
b. Represent the system activities
c. Lead and discuss technical matters
* Coordination and Interface Management with the partners (infrastructure, civil works and other consultants)
a. Manage interfaces
b. Ensure consistency between systems and other disciplines
