You will lead the exponential acceleration of Bayzat's presence and revenue
growth in the Saudi market, whilst ensuring the delivery of a world class
experience to our customers and a strong ROI for our investors.


Core Responsibilities



  • Full responsibility for Bayzat 's revenue and business performance across the KSA market

  • Building and leading Bayzat's presence and entire workforce in the Saudi market

  • Nurturing and developing Bayzat's existing partnerships in Saudi, and constantly forging new strategic partnerships

  • Working alongside Bayzat's CEO, CCO and the wider Executive team on setting commercial objectives and formulating high level strategies for the Saudi market

  • Developing and executing policies, procedures, metrics, key performance indicators, and compensation plans to drive and incentivize the realization of sales targets and revenue objectives across the Saudi market

  • Partnering with Sales Operations/Business Intelligence teams and leveraging data to understand market, customer, and team behaviours, and identifying gaps to be fixed

  • Teaming up with Marketing to drive top of the funnel activity and brand awareness across the Saudi market

  • Managing and optimizing organizational team structures, and being actively involved in recruitment, retention, talent upgrades, and succession planning for Saudi teams

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and development to leaders and members in the KSA

  • Ensuring constant collaboration and alignment with the wider organization and various applicable functions within Bayzat (e.g., operations, product, marketing and engineering)

  • Constantly driving change and high impact improvements in a manner that will allow the sales teams to consistently delight Bayzat's customers

  • Creating and sustaining a winning culture in the KSA, one that members want to belong to and are proud to be a part of

  • Staying abreast with market trends and identifying the impact and required actions to take advantage of opportunities at a very early stage

  • Developing thought leadership to substantially increase Bayzat's market profile in the KSA

  • Embracing Bayzat's culture and principles of Feedback, Customer, Innovation, Achievement, Execution, Improvement in everything you do and the way you lead

  • Be ready to debate and bring to the table polarizing ideas to ensure Bayzat continues to be an innovator within the market

Non-negotiables



  • Minimum ‎10 years of B2B experience, with at least ‎4 in a leadership capacity

  • Previous experience hyper-growth SaaS environments

  • Previous experience in building, scaling and leading Sales teams in the KSA market

  • A high ability to strategically position the Saudi market to align with Bayzat's missions and objectives

  • Critical thinking, insatiable hunger, self-discipline, an exceptionally high level of self-awareness, agility and resilience, are some of the ingredients you need to be successful at Bayzat
