ABOUT THE TEAM
Trendyol International offers an exciting growth environment with significant

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing legal guidance to our company concerning the MENA region, with a special emphasis on KSA and/or UAE law. Advising the business units on products and services.


• Coordinating with external lawyers and legal advisors for collaboration to gather legal points of view from UAE, KSA and other GCC countries (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain).


• Ensuring that our company's operations comply with legislation and regulatory requirements.


• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including business contracts, licenses, supplier agreements, and other platform documentation.


• Following up new legislation changes that may be related to group company's best interest.


• Assessing and managing legal risks associated with our operations.


• Providing legal &practical insights on the regulatory authorities' approaches and similar ongoing operations in the region would be an asset.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience in e-commerce law in UAE/KSA/MENA + Egypt region


• In-depth knowledge and experience with e-commerce law, contractual law, law of obligations, commercial law, advertising law, payment regulations, consumer law, IP law, data protection in UAE and/or KSA law


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment


• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, team work


• Capable of multitasking, ability to manage stress and strict deadlines


• Excellent research and follow-up abilities


• Solid skills using MS office tools

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both
worlds--remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant
offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side,
fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our
team spirit. These sessions are crucial for teamwork in solving complex
issues, socializing, learning from each other, and experiencing our culture.

Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our
preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an
opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing
you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).

This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require
being based in an office work environment.
