* Possess a deep understanding of the cultural differences between English and Arabic-speaking communities to ensure translations are culturally appropriate and sensitive.
Quality Assurance:
* Review and proofread translated materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any linguistic issues that may arise during the translation process.
Research and Terminology Management:
* Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and jargon in both languages.
* Conduct research as needed to ensure accurate translation of specialized content.
Communication and Collaboration:
* Collaborate effectively with other translators, editors, and team members to enhance the overall quality of translated content.
* Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to clarify any ambiguities and ensure accurate translations.
Meeting Deadlines:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver translations within established timelines.
* Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
* Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Arabic.
* Excellent writing and grammar skills in both languages.
Experience:
* Proven experience as an English-Arabic Translator, with a portfolio of previous translations.
* Familiarity with various translation tools and software.
Cultural Competence:
* Strong understanding of the cultural differences between English and Arabic-speaking communities.
