Overseas the day-to-day activities of Credentialing and Internal Promotion.
1. Supervises and coordinates the daily operational activities of the team
and assigned services/functions.
2. Overseas completed transactions of the services to ensure completeness and
accuracy.
3. Assists in correcting deficiencies, and ensures the elimination of manual
errors or unnecessary procedures.
4. Oversees review, verification and validation of employee 's education
certificates and experience related to employee's promotion,
alignment/adjustment, transfer, and ensure that it is in compliance with the
Hospital and governmental requirements.
5. Ensures that all transactions related to promotion subject for the
Administrative Credentials Committee (ACC) are in compliance with the Hospital
Promotion Policy, including coordination with Employee Services and requesting
departments.
6. Ensures efficient conduct of Job Reconciliation for alignment, transfers,
promotions, demotions and related transactions from Employee Services and
other Hospital departments.
7. Maintains liaison with other departments to assure optimum functioning of
the services and proper utilization and effectiveness of resources.
Education**
Master 's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or other related
discipline is required.
Three (3) years of related experience with Master 's, or five (5) years with
Bachelor's Degree is required.
