to manage small FIT bookings, oversee small events, and navigate intricate
processes is a testament to your expertise.
What you 'll be doing
* Manage reservations for hotels, restaurants, congress registrations, transportation, and other travel-related services for Fully Independent Travelers (FITs).
* Oversee the planning and coordination of small-scale events, ensuring all logistics are in place and events run smoothly.
* Follow specific and highly detailed processes meticulously to meet the account's requirements and maintain high standards of service.
* Provide dedicated and client-centric support to meet the demands of stakeholders who have exceptionally high expectations.
* Maintain exceptional organizational skills and a rigorous approach to ensure all travel and event arrangements are executed flawlessly.
Must haves
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not
be considered.)
* Previous experience as a travel agent or similar position, particularly in managing FITs (Fully Independent Travelers) and handling small bookings.
* Fluency in both English and Arabic, as communication with stakeholders across GCC countries is essential.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Skilled at managing priorities and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Great listening skills and able to digest information
Nice to haves
* Proficient in either event management database such as CVENT
* Prior experience in the event industry
* Any other language (in addition to Arabic and English
