WSP are seeking an IPD Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead
collaborative efforts on complex transport and infrastructure projects in
Saudi Arabia.
As an IPD Project Manager specializing in transport and infrastructure
projects, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and
delivery of projects using the Integrated Project Delivery methodology. You
will work closely with diverse project stakeholders, including owners,
architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure
the timely and efficient completion of projects while optimizing outcomes for
all parties involved.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Collaborative Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration and cooperation among all project stakeholders, promoting the principles of Integrated Project Delivery.


• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure alignment with client objectives and project goals.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with and manage relationships with clients, design professionals, contractors, and key trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.


• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.


• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project financials, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies to achieve project objectives while maintaining profitability.


• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.


• Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and implement adjustments as needed to meet project milestones and deadlines.


• Change Management: Facilitate change orders and variations while maintaining alignment with project goals and client requirements.


• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels among all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating problem-solving discussions.


• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation, leveraging Lean principles to enhance project efficiency and value.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale transport and infrastructure projects using the Integrated Project Delivery methodology.
* Minimum ‎15 years of professional experience in the construction field.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
* Fluency in English.
