Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a creative communications manager to join us in supporting the
PwC Middle East Leadership. In this role you will work closely with the
Leadership Office Team to develop and execute effective internal communication
strategies and ensure that all materials produced are of the highest quality.
You will be responsible for a wide range of communications projects and tasks,
including writing, proofreading, editing, planning and visualizing. You will
need to be innovative, extremely detail-oriented, and highly skilled. If you

* Support in the development of communication strategies and plans, with the ability to clearly and concisely present and articulate your thinking
* For a variety of senior business stakeholders, draft original content as per the brief and proofread/edit content provided for review
* Provide the highest levels of professional support to our stakeholders by understanding business context and advising on the most effective and appropriate communication opportunities
* Drive innovation within the communications team, delivering impactful content across a variety of channels and media
* Be exceptional and detail orientated when it comes to planning, organizing and executing communications campaigns and events
* Provide support across a number of pillars including Internal Firm Services, Leadership, Real Estate and special projects
* Work closely with internal and external designers and videographers to create engaging visual content to support the communication of key messages
* Write and edit a wide range of communication material including newsletters, presentations, reports, scripts and emails
* Support the Leadership Team with all aspects of their communications including social media (mainly LinkedIn, Twitter)
* Assist in preparing content for large internal meetings such as the annual General Partners Meeting, live streams (live internal broadcasts), internal workshops etc.
* Have the ability to design and storyboard a video campaign, overseeing the filming and editing processes
* Implement processes for continuous measurement and improvement across our communications landscape
* Financial adherence to the communication budget; track spend against budget
Knowledge and Skills
* Exceptionally strong English written skills, grammatically correct and able to adapt to a variety of media
* Attention to detail across everything you do with exacting standards
* Ability to creating engaging written content, proofread and edit
* Strong visualisation skills and the ability to create compelling visual aids
* Ability to compile and synthesize data
* Experience in video storyboarding and creating impactful slide presentation
* Updating and editing Google websites
* Strong project management skills
* A self-starter attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
* The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Good verbal communication
* Knowledge of the Professional Services Industry, best practices and trends
Education
* Ideally degree educated
* Language fluency in spoken and written English
Overall Experience
* ‎5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications
Specific Experience
* Experience in a marketing function or communications role within the Middle East is preferred
* Arabic language skills but not essential
