Job Role:


Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful
implementation of our sales strategy for a specific real estate project. And
will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and drive the
project towards achieving sales goals and targets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior management to execute the project sales strategy tailored to the specific real estate project's goals and objectives.

  • Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with the sales strategy. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project milestones and deliverables.

  • Team Management: Train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to maximize sales team productivity.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential buyers, market trends, and competitive forces that may impact the project's sales performance.

  • Sales Execution: Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property tours, and closing deals. Monitor and report on sales metrics, making adjustments to the strategy as needed to meet or exceed targets.

  • Reporting: Generate regular reports and updates on project progress, sales performance, and financial metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Be able to act proactively and create tactics to increase sales.

  • Be able to manage the client's expectations and update him daily/weekly of the sales plan execution update.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate sales or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales strategies.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Real estate license or certification (if required by local regulations).
