Role Purpose
We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our P&DS; team to
be based in Riyadh, KSA.

What this job involves
Provide commercial leadership in the delivery of pre and post-contract
services across a range of projects.
Prepare and manage costs and budgets for projects from outset to completion.
Provide full quantity surveying services to our clients.
Prepare cost plans and estimates including bills of quantities.
Prepare cashflow forecasts.
Prepare tender documents and tender evaluation reports.
Prepare contract documents.
Administration and evaluation of variations/change orders.
Undertake full cost evaluations of contracts commercially to meet the client’s
expectations and budget.
Prepare detailed cost reports and cashflow forecasts.
Prepare interim valuations.
Evaluate and prepare contract claims.
Prepare final accounts.
Detailed weekly and monthly reporting on commercial position.
Support leadership with winning new commissions and developing existing
relationships.
Develop and manage a team of assistant cost managers.

Desired skills and experience for this
Demonstrable experience of delivering a range of building projects from
inception through to completion.
Demonstrable experience of being involved with winning new commissions.
Ability to manage a varied workload across a range of projects and work
effectively within a team.
Experience preferably in the Middle East but not essential.
Senior Quantity Surveyor with Solid pre and post contract experience.
Excellent communications skills.
Excellent report writing skills
Degree in related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying).
MRICS or in process would be advantageous.
