Job Description
Rooms Coordinator is a hotel employee who is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the Rooms Division. This includes tasks such as:
* Answering guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
* Processing reservations and rooming lists
* Communicating with guests and staff to ensure a smooth stay
* Overseeing housekeeping and maintenance
* Ordering supplies and equipment
* Maintaining records and reports
The Rooms Coordinator must be able to work independently and as part of a
team. They must also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be
able to work under pressure.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to speak and understand English
