What You'll Do
The Junior Technology Analyst position is a focused technical job-training
program where you will leverage your information technology background to
upskill yourself through a planned learning path that includes a certification
curriculum and on-the-job training. You will be on the Enablon enterprise
application career track. You will learn about the technical, functional, and
business aspects of processes and systems for Environmental, Health, Safety
and Quality (EHSQ) management. You will become proficient in the various
modules of Enablon functionality, and you will learn about
configuration/modification of Enablon processes and workflows.
After the ‎2 to ‎3-month upskilling period, you will be assigned to support our
customers in the operation and maintenance of their Enablon implementation.
You will learn to provide customers with techno-functional operational support
for optimum usage of these systems. In this on-the-job training phase, you
would have senior team members providing instruction, supervision, mentorship
and coaching.

After this learning phase, you will take on the responsibility of providing
technical and functional assistance to troubleshoot and resolve operational
issues. You will address complex "how-to" functional and system/application
questions, and complete user and security administration tasks. As you grow in
experience and expertise, your responsibilities will include designing,
configuring, and customizing these applications to suit customer needs,
following established best practices. You will apply your subject matter
expertise and industry knowledge to work directly with the client and
understand their business needs. You will need to be able to translate
business functional requirements into technical specifications. You must be a
keen, logically minded learner and problem solver, and must have the aptitude
to translate customer needs into action.
Qualifications/Skills*
Must Have:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Fire & Safety, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or other Engineering disciplines
* Exposure to Business Analysis, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good oral and written communication skills in English
* Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work with a complex user base
* Have a passion and curiosity to learn and grow
* Be committed to be adaptable and flexible while you discover your strengths and engineer your career
Nice to have
* Around a year experience in related technologies or in the construction industry.
* Understanding subject matter concepts related to environmental, health, safety, occupational health, and sustainability.
* Understanding of EHSQ concepts and standards as it relates to capital projects.
* Exposure or functional knowledge about Enablon or other EHS systems.
* Exposure to SQL query building and programming and MS Power BI.
