Oversees activities in Heart Centre Supplies such as handling materials,
maintaining records and documentation, and handling the system's coding.
1. Handles the operational activities of receiving and reception area of the
Heart Centre store and supervises the Store Officer II and Supply Technicians.
2. Maintains and handles materials for efficient availability and accounting.
3. Maintains all records and documentation.
4. Responsible for stock inward, outward, vendors ' coordination, and store
inventory.
5. Handles the system coding for supplies storage.
6. Maintains quality assurance and the store records and submits required
reports.
Bachelor 's or Associate Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration or other
related discipline is required.
One (1) year of Store Keeper, Supply Technician, or related experience with
Bachelor 's Degree or three (3) years with Associate Degree/Diploma is
required.
