Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Human Resources & Administrative Affairs Fresh
Graduate to join a team of dedicated and ambitious colleagues in a dynamic
organization where no days are alike. As HR & Administrative Affairs Fresh
Graduate, you will support leaders, colleagues, and external parties through a
broad variety of operational tasks.
In this role, you can look forward to a highly varied workday with many
different tasks and a large contact surface across the entire organization.

The position will be based in Riyadh, KSA.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the
following.
* Exchange information by working with different segments and functions to see the big picture and get to know the company.
* Act as an advisor to local and regional managers.
* Order stationery and manage logistics for giveaways and office assets.
* Manage all relevant tasks related to regular employee meetings.
* Ensure compliance to Danfoss' policy and standards.
* Support the MENA HR Team with employee vacations, public holidays etc.
* Facilitate team building and development.
* Onboarding of new employees - supporting managers in ordering equipment such as laptop, monitor and flowers etc.
