Receive and analyze work requests received from user departments or housing
occupants. Transcribes data from work request to computer acceptable format.
Prepare print-out of reports and distribute to concerned department/sections.
1. Under supervision, receives and sorts incoming reports and/or data
concerning equipment/building problems from users and/or residents.
2. Operates data equipment according to established procedures to input data
into computer acceptable format. Audits transcribed data accordingly to ensure
maximum accuracy and quality.
3. Follow up an open work order(s) status with concerned sections. Prepares a
periodic "work in process backlog report and such other reports required for
adequate work activity planning.
4. Receives completed work requests sheets, PM sheets and timesheets from
concerned sections and update in the computer database of the section.
5. Prepares print-outs as requested. Distributes printed reports to the
concerned sections/departments.
6. Follows all prescribed Hospital and departmental safety policies and
procedures.
7. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
8. Participates in self and others' education, training and development as
applicable.
High school education.
One (1) years of related experience.
formal training in office and personal computers (PC) is required.
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Human Resourses,Hospital Adminstration,Mangment Information (MIS) ,Business Administration Specialized in statics or equivalent. Experience: One 1 year experience in Human Resources or similar field
