POSITION DESCRIPTION
• Creating and sending daily e-invoices and statements to the customers •
Preparing reports on billing statements , Extracting Statements and share it
with Commercial Team • Handling the documentation of the e-invoices , delivery
notes and Purchase Orders • Contacting customers to answer questions about
billing statements • Participating in client's account queries in coordination
with Credit Controller and Accounting Department • Initiating new procedures
for billing with coordination with Accounting Department • Update customers
corporate Emails and make sure that all the invoices are delivered and
received by the customers • Handle customer web tools and applications online
to record invoices. • Participating in sending the balance confirmation as per
the company policy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Accounting fresh graduate English reader and speaker Knowledge in microsoft
tools and web account monitoring
