2. JOB PURPOSE:**
To manage overall the financial performance function along with assisting top
management including Management Committee (MC) in decision making by providing
all business and financial analytics on timely manner.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
**
Description
Budget, forecast and Monitoring
* Preparation of consolidated group budget along with KPI and target setting for various business heads and analytical review of group consolidated budget.
* Preparation of Budget presentation to be shared with management committee and Board for approvals.
* Preparation of updated forecast on monthly basis along with its analytical highlights and sharing with top management.
* Monitor the group budget on monthly basis and analytical review of reports before sharing with senior management.
* Monitoring KPI, Company Health Index against the target on regular basis and share the highlights with top management.
* Support in preparation of Group Business Plan and its quarterly tracking
Financial Reporting
* Review financial reports and financial statements in accordance with management & larger stakeholder requirement to ensure that all align.
* Review the financial reports to identify key insights, trends and highlight any discrepancies, risks, and issues to the management, so as to ensure timely resolution and mitigation.
* Review presentations for various stakeholder including senior management, Board Audit Committees, and Board of Directors, to provide an overview of the financial health of the company.
* Review of Investor reports, press release, analyst pack and MD&A.
* Support in preparing department dashboards and CFO bulletins
System Management
* Based on user experience, audits, and issues, identify, and propose opportunities for system enhancement and work with consultants to improve the value of the system to enhance user experience and system utility for the company.
* Positively looking out all opportunity for improvement in system after understanding reports and reviews from various other stakeholders outside the team.
Stakeholder Management
* Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
* Effectively participant in various meetings and provide inputs in respect of financial information
* Handling various issues and review comments from financial Institutions, investors, analyst, Auditors, shareholders, etc. with highest standards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to all critical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
People Management
* Managing and motivating people across teams in line with ACWA Power's people management policies, procedures, processes, and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance.
* Oversee the day-to-day work by providing guidance, encouraging other teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and ensure that employees' activities are performed in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.

* Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard.

* to co-ordinate effectively within finance departments, various department heads and project companies

* to liaise with Financial Institutions, shareholders, Banks, External auditors
6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Finance with a qualified accountancy degree (CPA, ACCA, CA)
Minimum Experience:
* 5 -7 years of experience in Financial planning, reporting and accounting, including at least 7 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
* Experience in large group consolidations through systems
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage pressure and prioritize the activity
* Ability to Focus on multiple task at same time
* Hands on experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle & PBCS
* Excellent understanding of accounting and latest IFRS principles
* Ability to review, analyse financial statements and information
* Strong problem solving skills, accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research, and resolution skills
