Role Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work in our dynamic Saudi
Operations team, within the back office operations function; the team provides
support to both local and global sales & trading desks. You will be facing
off with many different business lines, gaining exposure to a multitude of
systems. You will have the opportunity to play a key role supporting our sales
and trading desks. The team deals primarily (but not exclusively) with the
booking, allocation and confirmation of equity trades.
Responsibilities:
While you will be responsible for traditional activities such as trade
processing/clearance, their day-to-day actions will be more focused on
administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation, and
exception processing.
* You will hold responsibility for a range of core Operations functions which will include:
* Accounts Opening
* Settlements & Fails Managements
* Reconciliations
* Trades Processing & Confirmations
* Corporate Actions
* Develop and maintain procedures
* Products enhancement and development
* You will develop effective working relationships with colleagues in other parts of the business and in other geographies; including Front Office, Sales and Trading teams, Middle and Back Office teams
* You will partner with local Operations manager to maintain relationships with external organizations i.e. local suppliers, local regulators, auditors and advisors
* You will work in conjunction with the Compliance Officer to ensure ongoing compliance to regulatory reporting requirements.

is a small team in Saudi. Responsibilities and accountabilities remain
flexible depending on business needs, and will change as required; as there
may be opportunity to get involved in work outside of your business as usual
(BAU).
We are looking for a Saudi National with:
* Prior experience working in an Operations function for a financial institution is essential; with knowledge of the full trade lifecycle
* Fluency in English and Arabic
* Prior product control experience
* A graduate degree in Finance, Banking or Capital markets (preferred)
Skills that will help:
* CME1 of the Capital Market Authority is highly advantageous.
* A high level of adaptability, flexibility and commitment with excellent communication skills
