he FM Project Manager is responsible for reviewing the overall FM function His
responsible to liaise with the Client and ensure that contractual deliverables
are met per the client's requirements. T
he responsibilities of the FM Project Manager include but are not limited to:

* reparing FM policies, procedures & business flow charts E
* stablishing a performance management system at strategic and tactical levels. P
* rovide technical advisory services and support for all client entities. R
* eview & assess current FM contracts and recommend enhancements. R
* ecommend and implement FM operational enhancements to the client portfolio. • Responsible for delivering the contractual deliverables. C
* onduct gap analysis for client asset management strategy. D
* evelop 5 year FM strategy for the client portfolio. E
* xperience in FM contracts management and commercial management. B
* udget preparation CAPEX & OPEX for the FM organization. M
* anage the procurement and implementation of the CAFM system E
* nsure that systems are implemented and adhered to for the control of work progress, quality, and HSE requirements. E
* stablish communication procedures to ensure smooth and efficient communication between the client and the FM team. P
* repare weekly & monthly reports as per client requirements. M
* aintain excellent communications with client stakeholders. M
* onitor the approved budgets, and schedules throughout the duration of the FM service delivery, and report on the same to the client and head office. D
* eveloping asset life cycles for clients' portfolios. R
* eview maintenance regimes and propose enhancements. P
* resent case studies for FM operational solutions that have been implemented locally/ globally

* Sc in Engineering (Civil, or MEP) M
* in 10 years experience in facilities management F
* M certification is desirable. P
* roven track record in managing large portfolios. E
* xperience in FM consultancy, FM operations, and service delivery. F
* amiliar with ISO 55000 implementations. E
* xperience with industrial cities is desirable #
