Overview:
We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join our IT team and provide
technical support to our end-users. As a Junior IT Engineer, you will be
responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting
network connectivity problems, and providing excellent customer service to our
internal users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and grow within
our organization.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network
connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device
problems.
Install and configure software applications, operating systems, and security
patches.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new desktops, laptops, and mobile
devices.
Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure a high level of
service to our end-users.
Document all support activities in our ticketing system.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in desktop support.

Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in computer science, Information Technology.
Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office ‎365.
Familiarity with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
