Reporting Specialist

Job Description:
* ### Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Planner / Reporting Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to development of Enterprise and Program Reporting for senior management and various internal/external stakeholders on the progress and performance for the Program. The position will create, plan and prepare reports for all phases of a Program lifecycle. Ready to take your engineering and management experience to the next level to work on complex construction problems that will have a huge impact on the local community?
* ### What You'll Be Doing:
* ### Performs various assignments requiring conventional planning expertise, but may include some difficult planning and coordination requirements.
* ### Gathers, compiles, and analyzes data from all other department.
* ### Monitor the work progress, compare to the accepted program of work and report to the Project Manager Prepare weekly and/or monthly progress reports covering the status of construction projects.
* ### Prepare Management Reports and presentations as:
* ### Overall progress of projects
* ### Dashboards
* ### Periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual …etc.).
* ### KPI reports
* ### Other reports requested by the Employer.
* ### Analyze projects status and prepare reports highlighting all the potential risk and issues facing the project and suitable solutions.
* ### Proper record keeping of all project database and update on regular basis.
* ### Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication
* ### Prepare projects progress follow up dashboard and update it as requested
* ### Interface with Client, attend progress meetings as necessary.
* ### May coordinate the work of technicians and/or lower-level Planners.
* ### Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

* ### Demonstrate an understanding of Project Controls (cost, schedule, and risk) technical skills.
* ### Level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction delivery of a large-scale program.
* ### Flexibility to respond to urgent program requests and/or changing priorities.
* ### Self-motivated and organized.
* ### Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
* ### Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet program requirements.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
* ### Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or other equivalent engineering discipline. Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English. If he does not have ability to communicate in Arabic, then he should have sufficient experience working in Saudi Arabia as a consultant for a governmental Department.
* ### ‎7+ years of related experience.
* ### Advanced computer skills using MS Software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI. Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Aconex is a plus.
* ### PMP qualification preferred.
* ### Excellent report writing skills as well as excellent presentations.
