Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Organizing project administration activities.
Performing various coordinating tasks, like scheduling and risk management, as
well as administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and
handling project files.
Providing administrative support to other Departments.
Acting as a point of contact and communicating the project status to all
participants and attending calls and meetings as required.
Preparing and developing reports to related to project progress

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step
action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
