The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in
Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development
including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated
infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced
professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Reporting delivery on small to medium-sized projects, or as part of a team within a large project.
* Designing the delivery of PDMS as dictated by project requirements.
* Mentoring, supporting, and managing more junior members of staff to deliver specific requirements for the client.
* Recommending continual improvements and potential future developments to clients where appropriate and supporting recommendations with expert knowledge and experience.
* Identifying potential business development opportunities within own client areas and making project controls directors and above aware of these leads/prospects.
* Reporting and performing management specialist, stays up to date with key industry/professional trends.
* Being able to provide effective and timely advice to clients.
* Understanding of data management.
* Understanding the role and future career paths available from that position.
* Having excellent attention to detail and ability to validate and check inputs, recording, and reporting produced, providing basic commentary and analysis.
* Managing AMs and Ms where required by the scale of the project.
* Influencing clients to accept proposals and recommendations.
About you
You are experienced in data handling and Extract, transform, load (ETL)
processes, and experienced in working with complex data sets, in addition to
mandatory training courses: Achieved professional qualification (e.g. APM,
MSP. PPC, etc).
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead
strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project
management equating quality and value with the individual clients and be
hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
