Job Description
Your Role: We are looking for seasoned finance professionals to join the
finance team at the holding office of a renowned family office in Riyadh. Your
role would be to support the CFO by providing support across multiple business
units and investments. Setting the agenda for planning designing developing
and evaluating the reporting systems. Ensure that data-driven culture is
embedded in the businesses. Deliver on the MIS, quarterly board packs, drive
and deliver the Business Analytics agenda, and identify areas for "
digitalisation" of services. In your previous roles, you should have delivered
KPIs, Dashboards, analyses and Ratio. You need to have deep insights into the
business and report on their financial positions, highlighting risks and
insights for informed decision-making. Ensure that sound financial management
processes are in place, ensure a continuous improvement mindset and ensure
that reporting dashboards are in line with the end-user expectations. You need
to deliver the reports in line with IFRS. Ability to build strong
relationships at all levels and drive change from traditional ways of working
to a fit for purpose.
Must-Have: You need to bring finance qualifications CPA/CMA/CIMA/ ACA to the
table, along with 8-10 years of quality experience.
