تفاصيل الوظيفة

‎1. Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
‎2. Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
‎3. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and reconcile
expense reports, typing, preparing, and collating reports filing
‎4. Organize and schedule the meetings and the appointments for NPCO Chairman
and the company VP's, which will include making agendas, taking minutes, and
managing the databases.
‎5. Prioritizing workloads
‎6. Develop and implement new procedures and administrative systems.
‎7. Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks, Receive, sort and
distributing the company mail
‎8. Prepare and monitor invoices, logging or processing bills or expenses.
‎9. Organize travel arrangements, also book conference calls, rooms, taxis,
couriers, hotels, etc. for the company Chairman and the company VP's.
‎10. Order office supplies and coordinate repairs of the office equipment
‎11. Manage the company Chairman and the company VP's appointments
‎12. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
