• Achieving own and team sales targets, productivity, and performance.
• Creating and Executing business plans to drive this achievement, and being
responsible for the brands strategic and tactical planning in line with
company strategy and standards
• Leading a team of Sales Associates and providing guidance and support to
achieve sales goals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the
sales pipeline.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
accordingly.
• Conducting sales forecasting and reporting to management.
• Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers and suppliers
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, including pricing,
inventory management.
• Managing and executing overall marketing strategy that supports marketing
communications, creatives and digital marketing, product marketing, events,
market trends and consumer insights to understand consumer and market
requirements.
• Planning and driving long-term business strategies for the brands to ensure
optimal and steady growth.
• Participating in the annual budgeting plans by setting forecasts and
developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit
for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing
pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs,
competition, supply, and demand.
• Communicating with the various segments of distributors through,
e-marketing, print, tele-conference, meetings, social media, mobile.
