We provide an essential function to our global organization by performing the
highest quality of welding to ensure the integrity of our products.
Carry out high-quality welding
As a Welder, you will carry out carbide welding parts to a high degree of
quality. You'll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the
production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop
your skills whilst working on some innovative products.
As a Welder, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with internal teams to provide support for welding activities.
* Performing visual and in-process inspections to ensure API and ISO quality specifications are met
* Providing support and guidance to your team to diagnose, troubleshoot and solve welding problems and identify improvements.
* Supporting your teams objectives through mentoring and training colleagues.
* Taking part in welding tests and further qualifications to ensure compliance and career development.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a High School Diploma
* Have ‎1 year of experience in oil and as industry is preferred
* Be able to show experience of manual OFW is preferred
* Show some experience with SMAW & FCAW welding procedures
* Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude to new ideas, excellent communication skills and be willing to work flexibly
