Assembler And Tester Shift Supervisor

We manufacture and deliver reliable wellhead equipment in the Oil and Gas
industry.

Partner with the best

To perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and
consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Discusses
consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the
manufacturing organization.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
*
Managing front-line hourly employee populations within the manufacturing.
* Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance.
* Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
* Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget USD ‎1,500.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma.
* Have ‎4 years of experience in Manufacturing Shop Operations and supervising shop floor employees.
* Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and team
* Be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
