The Role:
This role contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the Store Manager in
implementing store operations during scheduled shifts. The job deploys
Partners and delegates tasks so that Partners can create and maintain the
Starbucks Experience for our customers. The Supervisor is responsible for
modelling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
* ‎3 years' experience leading a team of junior staff
* A hospitality qualification or relevant experience
* Effective problem solving, communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
