  • Getting feedback from reliever at the start of his shift.

  • Giving feedback to his coming reliever at the end of his shift.

  • Having good knowledge of overhead crane operation in melt bay.

  • Having knowledge of electrode changing practice at LRF & EAF.

  • Knowledge about fettling & shifting material on f/c floor.

  • Knowledge of scrap charging at EAF.

  • Can be understood easily with crane signals.

  • Having good communication skill with the peoples.

  • Good knowledge of Emergency/Safety procedures.
    Inform seniors if any abnormality during shift.

  • Strictly following the safe working practices and safety rules of the organization as per HS&E Policy.

  • Strictly Follow the Safety Instruction related to the Jobs

  • Keep issued PPE in good and workable condition.

  • Do not allow any unsafe PPE usage by staff report PPE damages to concerned authority

  • Avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment's and welfare facilities.

  • Should attend the safety training scheduled for them

  • Have right to say" NO" to any unsafe work.

  • SBT / On the Job training / Tool Box Talks to the Sub-ordinates

  • STOP program awareness & implementation

  • Daily checklist to be filled and handed over to coordinator.

  • Ensure housekeeping/cleaning on daily basis.

  • The employee will be work in General Shift / Shift Rota as per company requirement.
    Employee can be transfer to any production unit within company as per company
    requirement.

  • The candidates must have at least ‎2 to ‎5 years of work experience in crane operation.

  • Should be competent enough to operate Charging & Hot metal cranes efficiently and safely.

  • Should be familiar with steel melt shop activities.

  • Should be familiar with standard crane signals.

  • Should be able to understand /communicate in English fair enough.

  • Good understanding of Emergency procedures.
