Field Specialist - Artificial Lift

As Field Specialist III you will be executing the operations of ESP equipment
and surface equipment in the field, complying with all the integrity / quality
and safety standards, as well as compliance with the regulations of the
different clients in all fields.

As a Field Service, you'll participate in all technical events, including
supporting the BH contract engineering team, collaborating with information
regarding the services provided.
As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as on site Centrilift representative for communication with customers and account managers.
* Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
* Completing all job documentation and conducting a worksite review and debrief the internal team.
* Monitoring, troubleshooting and testing downhole ESP equipment including Downhole Monitoring Tools
* Setting up and starting Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD's.
* Providing on-the-job training to team members.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Minimum of Diploma or equivalent
* Have a minimum of Three years of Artificial Lift Experience
* Have the ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable.
* Have experience with leading ESP installations and commissioning.
* Have experience in CENtrilift Motor Controllers and VSD 's.
* Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills.
