Job description

• Cost Recording, Monitoring, Analyzing, Reporting & Controlling.


• Keeping track of all project expenditures, Budget, Best Estimate, Petty Cash etc.


• Manage workload effectively to meet the business and finance deadlines set.


• Monitoring & controlling Projects Budget and Cash Flow (Planned Vs Actual)


• Analyze cost report and communicate the result of cost report properly to the Project and Egis Corporate team.


• Proactively identify cost variances, risk areas and mitigation's.


• Ensuring costs are correctly allocated to cost Codes and review correct coding of requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, estimates, variations.


• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.


• Assist the Project Director to monitor the budget/expenses and margin.


• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Profile

• Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required.


• Excellent time management and organizational ability.


• Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and/or other accounting packages.


• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.


• Knowledge of engineering construction and business management techniques.
